How can I get Boots free shipping?

Boots offer free of charge delivery service on orders over €25. Standard delivery is expected to arrive within 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Alternatively, you can order online and arrange collection at your local Boots store. This service is €2.50 or free when you spend over €25. Select your preferred date and store for collection during the checkout process.

What is the Boots returns policy?

If you’ve changed your mind on your purchase, you’ll have 35 days from the date of receipt to return it in an unopened condition for a full refund.

Returning in-store? Take your item/s and your order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email) into your local Boots store.

If you prefer to return your unwanted items via post, simply repackage the products you are returning along with your delivery note, pop the prepaid postage label on the exterior of the parcel, and take your package to your local post office. Be sure to ask for a proof of postage receipt and keep this safe until you’ve received confirmation that your return has arrived back at Boots.

Refunds can take up to 14 days to appear back in your account.
