Sure you can. Boots will be hosting their Black Friday event both in-store and online so that customers can take advantage of the awesome savings whichever way they prefer to shop. That said, between you and us we’re expecting to see some online exclusives that you won’t be able to get in-store. So be sure to check the website even if you’ve got your heart set on a store-based shopping spree.
Boots will be launching the exclusive Black Friday offerings via the website at midnight on Thursday 28nd November. And, if you’re planning to shop this prolific sale event in-store, the deals will be lying in wait ready for the swarms of shoppers as soon as the doors open for business.
The only downside to shopping online at Boots is that there’s no free delivery service available. Instead, all delivery fees are quoted at checkout. Standard delivery is speedy though. You can expect your items to arrive in just 2-3 working days from dispatch.
There is an alternative option for online shoppers too. You can choose to order online for collection at your local Boots location. This service is €2.50 per order, or free if you spend over €25. All you have to do is select your preferred date and collection point during the checkout process.
If you’ve decided that something you’ve bought isn’t right for you, you’ll have 35 days from the date of receipt to return it to Boots for a full refund. All unwanted items have to be returned in unused and unopened condition.
If you’d like to return your purchases to your local store, take them along with your order number (which you’ll find in your order confirmation email) into your preferred Boots.
If you’d prefer to send your unwanted items back via post, all you have to do is repackage the products you are returning along with your delivery note, pop the prepaid postage label on the outside of the parcel, and drop it off at your local post office. Make sure you ask for a postage receipt and store this somewhere safe until you’ve got an email confirming that your return has arrived back at Boots.
It can take up to 14 days for the funds to appear back in your account.
