How can I get ASOS free shipping?

Getting free shipping at ASOS is quite easy really, all you have to do is spend over €25. Standard shipping will arrive within 5 working days. On orders below €25, a delivery charge of €3 will be added at checkout.

In a hurry to get your purchase? ASOS also offers a couple of express options for your convenience. Express delivery is expected to arrive within 3 working days and is charged at €5 per order. You can also upgrade to new working day delivery which is €12 per order.


What is the ASOS returns policy?

ASOS offers free returns within 28-day, whatever the reason. To create your return, head to the website, select your preferred method (An Post, My Returns and Parcel Connect are the available options for customers based in the Republic of Ireland), and click “create return”. You’ll then be given further instructions on how to return your order.
