What to expect: Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals

Hulu will be matching its 2019 Black Friday offer in 2020. For a limited time, you’ll be able to get Hulu for $1.99 per month.

There are a few catches, though. First, you have to be a new or “eligible returning” customer. If you’ve cancelled the service in the past year, you’re ineligible to cash in on this deal.

Is the Hulu Black Friday sale only online?

Yes. Hulu offers online streaming services, so there’s no need to head out into the Black Friday abyss.

When can I start shopping?

This year, the Hulu Black Friday offer will start on Thanksgiving November 26. The sale will run through to Cyber Monday 30 November. Once you’ve signed up be sure to check out our list of shows on Hulu or films that you can watch.

Hulu Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals

Hulu’s main Black Friday and Cyber Monday attraction last year was its $12 one-year subscription to its streaming services. Normally, the same package would cost $6 per month, adding up to $72 in savings for the full year.

In 2019, Hulu sweetened the pot for its subscribers who signed up for the Black Friday deal in the last year: If you continued your ad-supporting subscription at regular price, you received a free Roku Express after being subscribed for 3 more billing cycles.
