Where to buy EDEN
It looks like EDEN may not be available to purchase on an exchange in the US.
You can still purchase EDEN by using a decentralized exchange (DEX) instead. Decentralized exchanges are web applications that run on blockchains like Ethereum and allow users to trade any asset directly with one another.
Decentralized exchanges (DEX) are unregulated and run using autonomous pieces of code known as smart contracts. To use a DEX you must interact with the blockchain directly, which is not recommended for novice users. Please learn about decentralized exchanges first if you're unfamiliar.
How to purchase EDEN using a decentralized exchange.
- Find EDEN on a decentralized exchange and make sure EDEN can be traded for ETH which is the native asset of Ethereum. Popular DEXs include Uniswap, SushiSwap and 1INCH.
- Buy ETH to trade for EDEN using an exchange like Gemini. You will need to purchase enough ETH to swap for EDEN as well as ETH to pay for transaction fees on the Ethereum network (known as gas). You can use a service like Etherscan to get an idea of how much gas fees currently cost.
- Transfer the ETH into a web 3.0 wallet like MetaMask to connect to the DEX.
- Trade ETH for EDEN on the DEX of your choice, following the instructions on screen. Make sure to leave enough ETH in your wallet to pay for gas.
- Wait for the transaction to finalize and the EDEN tokens will arrive in your wallet.
- You may now keep the tokens in your web 3.0 wallet or transfer them somewhere more secure like a hardware wallet.

Best EDEN wallets to store your EDEN
You can keep your EDEN on the exchange you purchased it on, or move it to a personal wallet:
- Some people like to use their own wallets to guarantee total ownership over their assets, or to use them with other applications like DeFi services.
- Hardware wallets are typically considered to be the safest type of cryptocurrency wallet, as they use a physical device to enhance security in a number of ways. You can take a look at some of our top hardware wallet picks for self-custody of your EDEN below.

Is EDEN a good investment?
Cryptocurrencies are highly speculative assets that come with a range of risks. As a result, all altcoins should be thoroughly researched before any investment is made. Potential investors of EDEN may want to consider the following:
- Focused on a growing problem: The idea of front running or sandwiching transactions of the Ethereum blockchain has one that has existed for some time. The Eden Network is one of the very few projects that has created a solution to this problem which places it in an advantageous position within the ecosystem. The idea that the project is trying to solve is clear. The team at Eden now needs to focus on onboarding more partners into the ecosystem and, therefore, encourage the use of the native EDEN token.
- Burning mechanism: The Eden Network implements a burning mechanism which is executed on a daily basis. Known as the Harberger Tax, EDEN tokens are burned from those holding a slot on the Ethereum blockchain. This ensures that top addresses are changed and that there is a constant demand for EDEN.
- Tokenomics: The maximum number of EDEN tokens is capped at 250 million. New EDEN tokens are then released with every new block of the Ethereum blockchain. Monthly inflation is distributed to Eden Network block producers (60%), liquidity providers (30%), and the Eden Network Treasury (10%).
Today's EDEN price versus ATH
Compare today's price of EDEN ($0.068363 USD) against its all-time high (ATH) price of $9.27 on September 08, 2021. The closer the bar is to 100%, the closer EDEN is to reaching its ATH again.
