How to apply for a Citi HKTVmall Card

Application criteria

If you’ve compared your options and decided the Citi HKTVmall Card is right for you, make sure you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and organise the necessary information before you apply.

• Earn at least HK$120,000 p.a.
• Have a good credit rating
• Be at least 18 years or older
• Be a Hong Kong resident or an expat with a valid working visa

Required information/documents

• For Hong Kong residents

  • Photocopy of your HKID and signature
  • Latest computerised payslip; or
  • Bank statements showing deposits of your last three months’ salary; or
  • Proof of other assets (e.g. current full month fixed deposit advice)
  • Proof of residential address (latest utility bill or bank statement with your name and address)

• For self-employed applicants

  • Photocopy of your HKID and signature
  • Personal tax assessment and/or profit tax record; or
  • Proof of other assets (e.g. current full month fixed deposit advice)
  • Proof of residential address (latest utility bill or bank statement with your name and address)

• For non-permanent HK residents

  • Photocopy of your HKID, passport and signature
  • Copy of valid working visa
  • Proof of residential address (latest utility bill or bank statement with your name and address)
