Can I get free delivery?

Your new razors will arrive three to five business days after ordering. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and extended delivery areas may take a little longer.
How can I track my order?
Once your blades ship, you’ll receive an email that includes tracking information. You can also log into your Gillette account and check your order history to view your shipment status. If you suspect there’s an issue with your shipment — it’s late or missing — reach out to Gillette On Demand’s customer service so they can track down your order.
What’s Gillette On Demand’s return policy?
For defective, damaged or incorrect items, contact Gillette On Demand’s customer service for a return authorization and then return for a full refund. You’re not responsible for return shipping charges. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and unopened in their original packaging with all accessories to qualify for a refund.
