Find the perfect freelance services for your business
Fiverr is an online marketplace that pairs thousands of freelancers offering services, such as graphic design, programming and marketing, with clients from all over the world.
Pros and Cons
- Huge amount of options. Browse through thousands of services in one place. For any one job, Fiverr will present you with hundreds of options from which you can select the perfect freelancer to get the job done, right.
- User reviews. Fiverr freelancers are reviewed after each gig, so you can see what experiences other people had before you order a job.
- You could have a bad experience. As with any situation when you hire someone ‘unknown’ to do a job for you, there is a risk that the task won’t be completed to the standard you expect. Read the reviews and select your freelancers carefully to minimize the risk.
What is the Fiverr cancellations and returns policy?
Fiverr orders can be cancelled in a few different ways, including a mutual cancellation or if either party cancels within 13 days of making the order. Active orders can also be cancelled if the terms are not being fulfilled, for example if a seller is late and unresponsive. If there is a dispute with an order, you are encouraged to contact customer service to help resolve it.
