How do I use my coupon code?

  1. Bid on one of the auctions or select a fixed-price item and click Buy It Now.
  2. If you haven’t already signed in, sign in now. Note that coupons are only available to customers with a valid eBay account.
  3. Choose your payment method and confirm the shipping information.
  4. Below shipping, you’ll find the field to enter your coupon code. Enter your code, then click Apply.
  5. After your discount has been applied, click the blue Confirm and pay button to finalize your purchase and get your discount.

Why is my code not working?

Some codes are for specific countries and won’t work in the US. It might also be because the coupon code has expired, excludes certain items (such as sale items) or you have already used this same code. If your code still isn’t working, visit eBay’s Resolution Center for help.
