Casper offers straightforward free shipping to all US customers. Plus, you get 100 nights to sleep on your new mattress, pillows and other Casper products before committing to keeping them. If you’re not sleeping soundly, return your products for free.
Tuft & Needle offers free shipping too — except if you live in Alaska or Hawaii. In that case, shipping can cost from $120 to $190, depending on your location. All mattresses come with free returns, but you won’t get refunded for shipping costs.
Does Tuft & Needle offer same-day delivery?
For a limited time, Tuft & Needle did offer $50 same-day shipping on Mint mattresses to select locations. While this isn’t an option anymore, we spoke to its customer service team and found out that same-day delivery might be available again in the future.
Both Casper and Tuft & Needle offer a 100-night risk-free trial policy on all of their products. If you don’t find sweet dreams, arrange a free mattress pickup from the company, or return smaller items by mail for free.
Tuft & Needle’s returns offer an interesting twist for its toppers: Instead of sending your mattress topper back to the company, donate it to a local charity.The company will refund your money in full.
