While there are some solid signs that this company is operating a legitimate business, there are a few red flags to consider.<\/p><p>Factors indicating PrestoCash is a legitimate lender include a:<\/p><ul><li>An overall Trustscore of only 75\/100 on Scam Adviser for the PrestoCash website<\/li><li>Trustpilot rating of 3.9 stars out of 5 (based on 126 reviews)<\/li><\/ul><p>That said, here are some red flags to watch out for:<\/p><ul><li>Insufficient contact information. The Laval, Quebec-based company doesn\u2019t have an official office address (it simply lists a mailing address) nor does it have a phone number for customer service. Instead, its contact details are a single email address.<\/li><li>No terms of use page on its website<\/li><li>PrestoCash states that it charges a maximum APR of 59.96%, which is higher than the federal legally imposed limit of 59.96% APR<\/li><li>No privacy policy<\/li><\/ul><p>Before applying for a loan with any lender, make sure these details are crystal clear.<\/p><p><small>Information above is as of March 15, 2025.<\/small><\/p><h3>Features of PrestoCash loans<\/h3><p>If you\u2019re thinking of working with PrestoCash, here are its features:<\/p><ul class=\"list-1\"><li><strong>Borrow between $400 and $1,500 without a credit check.<\/strong> If bad credit is pulling you down, PrestoCash won\u2019t factor your credit history into your application process at all.<\/li><li><strong>Loan terms as short as 4 months and up to 12 months<\/strong> or longer.<\/li><li><strong>Direct deposit or e-Transfer loans.<\/strong> Get your cash quickly and easily via bank transfer or e-Transfer.<\/li><li><strong>Quick and easy online application process.<\/strong> Apply for your loan completely online and within minutes, with pre-approvals happening rapidly.<\/li><li><strong>Use the funds for any purpose.<\/strong> Once you\u2019re approved for a PrestoCash loan, you have the freedom to use the money as you\u2019d like. You could use the money to pay bills or cover a financial emergency.<\/li><li><strong>Unsecured.<\/strong> These loans are unsecured, so you don\u2019t need to put up any collateral.<\/li><\/ul><h3>What to watch out for<\/h3><p>There are key red flags every borrower needs to be wary of before proceeding with PrestoCash.
