To keep things fair, we ignored promotional rates and used standard exchange rates instead. Plus, we did our testing on the same day so market fluctuations wouldn\u2019t skew the results.<\/p>

We used $200 as the test amount, and for each test we chose the cheapest option available for payment and delivery methods. Keep in mind that provider rates change constantly. The cheapest option right now might not be the best deal next week.
