Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (each an \u201cEntrant\u201d).<\/li><\/ol><h4 id=\"eligibility\">1. Definitions<\/h4><ul><li>\u201cPromotion Period\u201d means the period beginning at <strong>4:00am EST<\/strong> <strong>13th July 2026<\/strong> and ending at <strong>4:59pm EST on 14th September 2026<\/strong>, unless otherwise extended or withdrawn by Finder.<\/li><li>\u201cQualifying Event\u201d means opening a Freecash account and withdrawing $20 USD in earnings as further described in the \u201cHow to Qualify\u201d section below.<\/li><li>\u201cReward\u201d means the $40, issued as a digital Visa gift card, provided solely by Finder and not by Freecash. The Reward is paid on the Fulfilment Date (i) upon successful opening of a new Freecash account through the Finder promotional link; and (ii) completion of the Qualifying Event as defined above.<\/li><li>\u201cEligibility Date\u201d means the date on which Finder verifies whether all eligibility requirements have been met. For this Promotion, the Eligibility Date is <strong>14th October 2026<\/strong>.<\/li><li>\u201cFulfilment Date\u201d means the date on which Finder issues the Reward following verification of eligibility. For this Promotion, the Fulfilment Date is<strong> 30th October 2026<\/strong>.<\/li><li>\u201cNew Customer\u201d means any individual who does not currently hold an active account with Freecash and has not been a primary or joint holder of any account, profile, or established service relationship with Almedia GmbH, or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries (collectively, \u201cFreecash Entities\u201d).<\/li><li>In the case of a joint account application, all named account holders must independently meet the definition of \u201cNew Customer\u201d for the account to be eligible for the Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, only one (1) Reward will be awarded per new Freecash account opened, regardless of the number of joint owners or participants.<\/li><li>Eligibility is cross-referenced across all Freecash product lines. If Freecash\u2019s records indicate that a participant has an existing profile or account of any type prior to clicking the Finder link, the participant will be deemed ineligible for the Reward, regardless of whether they are opening a Freecash account for the first time.<\/li><li>\u201cGood Faith Participation\u201d means completing the Qualifying Event with the genuine intention of using Freecash\u2019s products or services as intended, and not for the sole or primary purpose of obtaining the Reward. Good Faith Participation excludes, without limitation: (i) closing, downgrading, or reducing use of the account below any required threshold before the Fulfilment Date; (ii) opening and closing an account in immediate succession; (iii) using multiple Finder accounts, email addresses, or identities to obtain more than one Reward under this or any related Promotion; and (iv) any other conduct intended to circumvent the eligibility requirements or the intended operation of this Promotion.<\/li><\/ul><p>DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD, THESE TERMS REPLACE ANY PRIOR TERMS FOR THE FINDER $40 FREECASH OFFER.<\/p><h4><b>Eligibility<\/b><\/h4><p>1. To qualify for the Reward, you must:<\/p><ul><li>Be aged 18 years or over.<\/li><li>Be a registered Finder member, or create a Finder account prior to claiming the Reward.<\/li><li>Complete a comparison using the Finder Comparison Service.<\/li><li>Click on the unique promotion link to access Freecash\u2019s product page and complete the eligible transaction in the same session.<\/li><li>Open the Freecash account during the Promotion Period.<\/li><li>Maintain an active Freecash account until the Reward is fulfilled.<\/li><li>Use the same first name, last name and email address on your Finder account and Freecash account.<\/li><li>Be a New Customer, as defined above.<\/li><\/ul><p>2. Participating products are limited to: Freecash account<\/p><p>3. Other eligibility conditions may apply, including but not limited to:<\/p><ul><li>Using direct debit or other qualifying payment method.<\/li><li>Residing in Canada.<\/li><li>Only one Reward may be claimed for each approved Eligible Product. Finder reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, acting in good faith, to deny, withhold, delay, or reclaim a Reward, and to suspend or terminate an Entrant\u2019s Finder Member account, where Finder reasonably believes an Entrant has not engaged in Good Faith Participation.<\/p><p>Eligibility determinations under this Promotion are based on data, confirmations, and reporting provided to Finder by Freecash. Finder does not have visibility into, and is not responsible for verifying, Freecash\u2019s internal systems, account records, or transaction ledgers. If Freecash advises Finder that an Entrant did not complete the Qualifying Event, that determination is treated as final for purposes of this Promotion, except to the extent required by applicable law. The Entrant retains the right to raise a dispute with Finder in accordance with the Eligibility Dispute Window set out below, and Finder will consider any supporting documentation provided by the Entrant when reviewing the dispute.<\/p><h4><b>Ineligibility<\/b><\/h4><p>1. The Reward will not be issued if:<\/p><ul><li>You do not use the unique promotion link while logged into your Finder account to apply for the Eligible Product on the Freecash website.<\/li><li>You complete the transaction outside the Promotion Period.<\/li><li>Your personal details (first name, last name, email) do not match between Finder and Freecash.<\/li><li>You are an existing customer as defined in Freecash\u2019s applicable offer terms and conditions <a href=\"https:\/\/freecash.com\/en\/policies\/terms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/freecash.com\/en\/policies\/terms<\/a>.<\/li><li>You redeem another similar Freecash promotion or cashback offer.<\/li><li>You are an existing Freecash employee or immediate family member eligible for staff discounts.<\/li><\/ul><p>Additional ineligibility conditions will apply, including:<\/p><ul><li>Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.<\/li><li>Cancelled, refunded, or returned transactions.<\/li><li>Use of VPNs, ad blockers, or similar technology that prevents Finder from tracking the qualifying transaction.<\/li><li>Purchases made through other cashback or rewards websites.<\/li><li>Fraudulent transactions.<\/li><li>Purchases using any type of discount which lowers the price advertised on the Freecash site, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching.<\/li><li>Store promotions, discounts or special deals unless otherwise stated.<\/li><li>Any Gift Card, Voucher or store credit purchase.<\/li><li>Purchases made with Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on Finder\u2019s site<\/li><\/ul><h4><b>How to Qualify<\/b><\/h4><p>To qualify for the Reward:<\/p><ol><li>Sign up for a Finder Member account, or log into your existing account if already a member.<\/li><li>Be a New Customer, as defined above.<\/li><li>Click on the unique promotion link to access Freecash\u2019s product page and complete the eligible transaction in the same session, during the Promotion Period (<strong>13th July 2026<\/strong> \u2013<strong> 14th September 2026)<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Open the Freecash account and complete the Qualifying Event, as defined above.<\/li><\/ol><p>Upon meeting all eligibility requirements, Finder will issue the $40 Reward on or before the Fulfilment Date (<strong>30th October 2026<\/strong>).<\/p><h4><b>Limitations<\/b><\/h4><ul><li>Eligible participants may only receive this Reward once.<\/li><li>Finder reserves the right to cancel or modify these Terms and Conditions or terminate your eligibility at any time, with or without prior notice.<\/li><li>Eligibility Dispute Window: An Entrant who believes they have met the eligibility requirements but has not received confirmation of eligibility must submit a dispute, together with any supporting documentation Finder requests, within 90 calendar days of the Eligibility Date. Disputes submitted after this window will not be considered.<\/li><li>Activation Window: An Entrant confirmed as eligible must activate the Reward within 30 calendar days of Reward issuance. This right survives issuance of the Reward.<\/li><li>You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable federal, provincial, or territorial taxes arising from receipt of the Reward.<\/li><li>Where Finder is unable to independently verify an Entrant\u2019s completion of the Qualifying Event through Freecash-provided data, Finder may request supporting documentation before making an eligibility determination, which may include a dated confirmation email from Freecash and\/or a screenshot from the Freecash app or website showing the relevant account, date, and transaction details. Finder may deny a claim where the requested documentation is not provided within a reasonable time, is incomplete, is inconsistent with Finder\u2019s records, or otherwise fails to evidence timely completion of the Qualifying Event.<\/li><\/ul><h4><b>Privacy<\/b><\/h4><p>By participating, you acknowledge that:<\/p><ul><li>Finder may collect, use and share your personal information with fulfilment partners, service providers (including Tremendous LLC in the United States), and Freecash for the purposes of processing and verifying your eligibility and issuing the Reward.<\/li><li>Finder may use your data for research, marketing, or promotional purposes only where you have provided express opt-in consent, sought separately from your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
