Its website lists phone and email contact details as well as terms of use and a privacy policy, but the address provided for the lender is a virtual office address.<\/p><p>Unfortunately, we were unable to find any customer reviews for Payday Hero on independent websites. We also couldn\u2019t get the lender\u2019s online application form to work\u2014after providing a name, date of birth and contact details, we couldn\u2019t get the next screen of the application form to load.<\/p><p>Finally, we found that some of the loan information provided across the Payday Hero website was inconsistent. For example:<\/p><ul><li>The website mentions payday loans in multiple places, but these are not traditional payday loans. Lenders cannot offer loans in Quebec with APRs of more than 35%<span class=\"table-popover\" rel=\"popover\" data-content=\"Interest rates shown reflect the Annual Percentage Rate (APR) range currently advertised by the lender and are subject to change anytime, without notice. If you\u2019re thinking about applying for a Payday Hero loan, make sure you read the terms of any loan contract very carefully before you even consider signing.<\/p><h3>Alternatives to Payday
