For example, in the FAQ section on the Planet Loan Inc website, it says you can borrow additional money before paying out your first payday loan \u2013 however, most provinces don\u2019t allow lenders to issue a second payday loan to a borrower.<\/li><li><strong>Underdeveloped website.<\/strong> The Planet Loan Inc website is fairly basic, contains minimal information and features spelling and grammatical errors.<\/li><li><strong>Phone number.<\/strong> Planet Loan Inc shares a phone number with other lending companies. The number listed on its website is the same as that listed on the websites of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.finder.com\/ca\/payday-loans\/apple-cash-loan-review\">Apple Cash<\/a> and Faxless Payday Loan.<\/li><li><strong>F rating from the BBB.<\/strong> Planet Loan Inc. is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The BBB gives Planet Loan Inc. an F rating. At the time of writing, the BBB has closed 56 complaints against Planet Loan Inc. in the previous three years.<\/li><li><strong>No physical address.<\/strong> The address listed on the Planet Loan Inc. website is that of a UPS store in the United States rather than a physical branch location. It\u2019s also the same address listed on the websites of Apple Cash and Faxless Payday Loan.<\/li><li><strong>Not registered.<\/strong> We couldn\u2019t find Planet Loan Inc. listed in Canada\u2019s Business Registries.<\/li><\/ul><div class=\"box\">\r\n  <h5 class=\"box-title\" id=\"financial-hardship\">\u26a0\ufe0f  Warning: Be cautious with payday loans<\/h5>\n<span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">High-cost payday loans are unsustainable for long-term use, with up to $14 charged per $100 borrowed.
