In the FAQ section, it says its maximum rate is 46.98%.<\/li><li data-start=\"578\" data-end=\"746\"><strong data-start=\"578\" data-end=\"598\">No phone number.<\/strong> There is no phone number listed on the instantfunding.ca website. If you want to get in touch with Instant Funding, you\u2019ll need to send an email.<\/li><li data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"868\"><strong data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"774\">Missing terms of use.<\/strong> We couldn\u2019t find a terms of use page on its website, which legitimate sites typically have.<\/li><li data-start=\"871\" data-end=\"957\"><strong data-start=\"871\" data-end=\"891\">No registration.<\/strong> We couldn\u2019t find Instant Funding in Canada\u2019s business registries.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"959\" data-end=\"1016\">On the other hand, Instant Funding has these green flags:<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"1020\" data-end=\"1094\"><strong data-start=\"1020\" data-end=\"1039\">Privacy policy.<\/strong> Its policy is accessible through the website footer.<\/li><li data-start=\"1097\" data-end=\"1337\"><strong data-start=\"1097\" data-end=\"1128\">Doesn\u2019t guarantee approval.<\/strong> Instant Funding doesn\u2019t promise you\u2019ll get approved regardless of your financial situation.
