When does the Wiggle Black Friday sale start?

Black Friday 2021 is on 26 November and you can start shopping the sale from midnight Thursday.

Wiggle delivery details

Wiggle has free delivery to Canada on many items when you spend over $132.83. The shipping fee is subject to change. Shipping fees are calculated by location, weight and size, and will appear at checkout.

Orders are fully trackable online.

Bikes, frames and indoor sneakers are excluded from free delivery. Shipment to PO boxes is not recommended.

Can I shop in-store at Wiggle on Black Friday?

Wiggle is a UK-based store, so Canadians will need to head to the website to access the Cyber discounts. We see this as a big plus though – you can shop at home in comfort and avoid the crowds. Get a new bike or great cycling apparel for a bargain when you shop the sales.

What time can I start shopping?

You can access Wiggle discounts for Black Friday from midnight Thursday night. The best deals can go super fast, so get in early to avoid disappointment.

Returns, exchanges and refunds for Wiggle

Wiggle wants you to be happy with your purchase. You have a full 365 days to return items for a full refund. Items must be in saleable condition, unused, with labels attached and in original packaging. There are some items that cannot be returned. These include:

  • Nutritional products or products with a best before date have a return date of 28 days.
  • Customized items cannot be returned. This includes wheel builds.
  • Underwear and swimsuits cannot be returned if worn, due to hygiene reasons.
  • Any GPS systems such as cycle computers and sports watches cannot be returned if registered.

Items returned incur a small packaging fee.

If your item is faulty or the quality is not as expected, or if your order is incorrect contact the customer service team via chat as soon as possible. They will be happy to assist.
