Watch Kansas City Chiefs vs Cleveland Browns NFL Divisional Round: Start time and how to watch free

The champion Chiefs host the upstart Browns in a fascinating NFL playoff clash. Here’s how to watch in Canada.

It is not often that Patrick Mahomes gets shunted out of the spotlight. But that’s exactly what has happened this week as the NFL celebrates the Cleveland Browns. Cleveland, in case you missed it, ended a 26-year playoff drought by upsetting its arch-rival Pittsburgh Steelers last weekend.

The downtrodden franchise is now eyeing an even bigger scalp. The Kansas City Chiefs – quarterbacked by the outstanding Mahomes – enjoyed the bye last weekend after romping an NFL-best 14-2 regular season.

When is Chiefs vs Browns?

Kick-off at Kansas City’s Arrowhead Stadium is at 3:05pm ET on Sunday January 17.

Who will win Kansas City vs Browns Divisional Round?

Most neutrals will be rooting for Cleveland’s underdog, fairytale run to continue. And its success this season has not been a fluke. The Browns went 11-5 in the regular season with new head coach Kevin Stefanski’s play-action scheme proving an immediate success.

But we think the run ends at Arrowhead. Canny Chiefs coach Andy Reid simply has too many weapons at his disposal for a vulnerable Browns defence to handle.
