Who will win Anthony Joshua vs Kubrat Pulev heavyweight world title fight?

While Pulev may not carry a big name outside of boxing circles, make no mistake he has enormous heavyweight pedigree. Half of his 28 wins have come via knockout and he has strung together 9 straight victories since his lone career loss to heavyweight great Klitschko.

But it’s hard to go past Joshua in this fight. The Brit is fighting on home soil and at 31 years of age, is 8 years younger than the Bulgarian. “AJ” also should have learned plenty from his loss to Ruiz and knows he can’t afford another defeat if a mooted unified bout with Tyson Fury is on the cards in 2021. Speaking of Fury, his first cousin Hughie Fury is fighting on the undercard.

Joshua has a height advantage, while Pulev is slightly heavier than his opponent. We think it might go the distance, with Joshua to shade it on points.
