How does Walmart delivery work?

Delivery is free of charge on orders over $50. On orders below this amount, you’ll have to pay a shipping fee of $5.97. If your order is below $25, you’ll have to pay that $5.97 shipping fee and a $5 handling charge. Oversized items all incur a delivery charge. This is calculated based on the weight of your order.

What is the Walmart returns policy?

Almost anything you buy at Walmart has a 90 day return policy, provided items are in the original packaging. There are a few exceptions:

  • Drones with GPS function, computers, tablets, laptops, monitors, printers, camcorders, digital cameras, portable video players, wearable tech, video game consoles and video game handhelds, GPS units, and wireless prepaid phones need to be returned within 14 days of your receipt of the purchase.
  • Air mattresses, and contract phones need to be returned within 15 days of your receipt.
  • Televisions, DVD players, home audio systems, telephones, MP3 players, tents, pools, prescription eyewear, air conditioners, outdoor power equipment, mattresses and large appliances need to be returned within 30 days.
