What sort of deals can I expect from Vidéotron?

The 2021 Black Friday sale for Vidéotron officially starts on Friday 26 November 2021. You can start shopping online at midnight Thursday.

Vidéotron is offering free standard shipping for orders over $40. For orders under this, the delivery fee is $10.
Can I shop in-store at Vidéotron on Black Friday?
If you are happy to go elbow to elbow during Vidéotron’s Black Friday sales you are welcome to shop in-store. Stores open at regular opening times. Find your nearest one with Vidéotron’s store locator. Online shopping is available too. It’s entirely up to you.
What time can I start shopping?
All Vidéotron discounts are on offer from midnight Thursday 25 November through videotron.com. In-store shopping is as per normal trading hours. Get in early online for some fabulous deals and gifts for the family for Christmas!
Returns, exchanges and refunds for Vidéotron
Vidéotron wants you to be happy with your purchase and provides a full 30-day satisfaction guarantee. All components included in the purchase must be returned, in the original box. The item must be in its original state, without physical damage or software added.
Headsets and headphones must have seals intact and be in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, worm headphones and headsets cannot be returned.
If the product has a defect after 30 days it may be covered by a guarantee. After this period, contact the manufacturer for assistance.
