When does the Urban Barn Black Friday sale start?
Urban Barn’s Black Friday sale begins at midnight on Friday, November 26, 2021. So stay up late Thursday night or set your alarm to get in super early for the best deals! In prior years, there has been up to 30% off fantastic furniture and homewares.
Urban Barn delivery details
Urban Barn delivers large or small items direct to your door within its designated local delivery regions. For white glove delivery, a fee of CAD$199 applies and this includes up to 7 items.
- Urban Barn assembles your products in your home, removes all packing materials and leaves your home free of mess.
- Furniture can be carried up 2 floors (maximum) unless the item is too large to fit through the stairwell or unsafe to do so.
If you require less assistance, you can save on delivery fees with Urban Barn’s Threshold Delivery service.
For $89, furniture is delivered to the area directly inside your front door.
Up to 7 items are included in your delivery fees. If you are ordering more than 7 items, a second delivery fee applies.
Items are also available for free pick-up.

For those wanting to avoid the store at sale time, you may wish to select your items and be ready to order at the touch of a button from the comfort of home when the sales start. The choice is yours.
Returns, exchanges and refunds for Urban Barn
Courier orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. If your goods have been shipped, Urban Barn is unable to cancel the order.
Sale items at Urban Barn can be exchanged for another item or for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Store credit on sale items will be applied to an Urban Barn gift card. A receipt is mandatory for all returns or exchanges.
If you have purchased items at the regular price, they can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Refunds on regular-priced items will be paid back to the original method of payment and original payment card or cards.
Returns for courier orders made online can be done through mail or returned at any Urban Barn store.
When accepting delivery, ensure the package does not appear damaged. If damaged, do not accept the delivery from the courier and contact customer care. You can return damaged items by mail within 30 days of purchase. A copy of your receipt must be included when you are returning goods through the mail, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Store pick-up orders can be exchanged or returned at any Urban Barn location. To return, bring your original receipt and items to any store during opening hours.
