Absolutely. There will be some exclusive Black Friday discounts in-store at Toys “R” US as well as online throughout the 2021 event. If you’re a fan of the atmosphere of shopping in-store during huge sale events, then take a jaunt to your local Toys “R” Us destination and jump in.

If you’re more like us and prefer to avoid the hustle and bustle of a trip to the store when sale events roll around, stay home and shop online instead. Grant yourself a stress-free, peaceful Black Friday shopping spree this year.

What time can I start shopping?

Via the website, the discounts are all ready to go live as soon as Thursday gives way to Black Friday at midnight. In-store shoppers will have to wait a little longer to access the deals, although it’s possible to pay for items online for pick up in-store. Check your local store’s opening times to see what time you’ll be able to start shopping.

Toys “R” Us shipping details

Online customers have three delivery options to choose from. You can even get free in-store pick-up on eligible orders above a certain minimum purchase amount. Curbside pick-up is also available at select stores.

Returns, exchanges and refunds for Toys “R” Us

You can return your unwanted purchases from Toys “R” Us within 30 days of purchase for a refund to the original form of payment. In-store purchases must be returned in-store, while online purchase may be returned in-store or by mail (return shipping is free). You must have your original receipt, and the item must be in its original packaging. For online orders, you must also have your confirmation email.
