What is The Canadian Shield’s shipping policy?
It takes 3-5 business days for orders to be fulfilled by The Canadian Shield. Standard shipping is an additional 3-9 business days. Every order comes with a tracking number.

- Prepare your sample tube. Add 10 drops of buffer liquid into the test tube.
- Collect your sample. Remove the sterilized swab from the package and consult the instructions on how to take your sample.
- Prepare your sample. Put the swab with your sample into the prepared tube and press it against the sides to release your sample. Let the swab sit in the liquid for 2 minutes.
- Test your sample. Add 3 drops of the buffer liquid from the tube onto your test card and read the results in 15 minutes.
- Interpret your results. Consult the test card panel to find out if your results are positive, negative or invalid according to the legend below.
