How can I get Sorel free shipping?

Unfortunately, Sorel does not offer free shipping. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $7 for the standard service and $18 for express per order.

Standard delivery is expected to arrive within 2 working days for ON and QC-based orders. For the rest of Canada-based orders, you can expect to receive purchases within 4-10 working days.

Express delivery is expected to arrive next working day for ON and QC-based orders, and for other locations, you’ll receive your order within 3-4 working days.

What is the Sorel returns policy?

Sorel are happy to accept change of mind returns within 60 days of your receipt provided items are unworn and in their original condition with tags intact. To return your order simply follow the instructions outlined below:

1. Repackage your unwanted item/s in their original packaging (including shoe box where applicable).
2. Pop a copy of your original invoice inside your return package and affix the provided returns label to the exterior.
3. Take your parcel to the nearest post office, pay the relevant shipping fees and obtain a proof of postage for your record.
