Royal Caribbean's coronavirus (COVID-19) cancellation and changes policy update

As of 20 March 2020, Royal Caribbean has cancelled cruises globally until 11 April 2020.

The company has also introduced a Cruise with Confidence policy, where, if you make a new booking on a cruise departing before 31 July 2020, you can cancel in as little as 48 hours prior to departure and get a full credit valid until 31 December 2021.

If you’re already set to cruise before 11 April and your sailing has been cancelled, a similar policy applies to your cancelled cruise. You can get either a full refund or a future cruise credit worth 125% of your sailing that you can use on a new cruise departing before 31 December 2021.
