What is the Purple returns policy?
The Purple returns policy differs depending on what products you’re purchasing. Mattresses and pillows can be returned up to 100 days after receipt if you are not satisfied after trialling them. The company advises that you will need to trial the mattress for a minimum of 21 days before you’ll start to feel the benefits, meaning you should wait at least 21 days before requesting your return. Seat cushions must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, bedding is non-returnable.
