Returns, exchanges and refunds for Purple
The returns policy differs depending on which products you’re buying. For mattress and pillow orders, returns can be made at any point within the 100-day trial period. However, Purple urges customers to trial these products for a minimum of 30 days before returning as it can take this long before you start to feel the benefits.
Unwanted seat cushions have to be returned within 30 days of receipt and all bedding is non-returnable.
