Online Black Friday 2023 discounts are all ready to go live at midnight as soon as Thursday gives way to Friday on November 24, 2023. In-store shoppers will have to wait a little longer to access the deals, although it’s possible to pay for items online for pick-up in-store if you shop from certain retailers that stock LEGO products like Best Buy.
LEGO’s Canadian website only lists one trackable standard delivery option (no signature required). Free shipping is available for orders at or above $35 before taxes. Note that Pick A Brick orders can take 17-22 business days to be delivered since each order has to be individually customized (3 more business days for rural deliveries). Delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes with the exception of Pick A Brick orders.

You can return your unwanted purchases from LEGO within 90 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method. You must have a Return Authorization Number or else the returns process will be delayed. Get a Return Authorization Number by phoning LEGO customer service. You’ll get a full refund on the original payment method.
If it’s more convenient for you, sets valued under $250 can be returned to any LEGO store for store credit or a gift card. You must have your original packing slip or receipt.
Opened sets can only be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit, and you cannot return gift cards or customized orders like Pick A Brick sets.
