What is the Garage returns policy?
If you’re wanting to return any of your Garage purchases, whatever the reason may be, you’ll have 30 days from the date you placed your order. Items can be returned for an exchange or a refund in store or via post. Remember: Clearance items, earrings, bodysuits, swimwear, underwear, fragrances and beauty products are non-returnable.
In store returns are free of charge, just don’t forget to bring along your invoice as proof of purchase and the card used for payment so that your purchase can be refunded.
Returning via post is easy. You just need to repackage any unwanted items, pop the returns address label on the exterior of your parcel and head to your local post office to send it off. You are responsible for covering the costs of your returns postage, and as for a proof of postage as Garage are not responsible for your items until they arrive back at the returns address.
All items must be returned in an unworn, unwashed condition with tags intact.
