Forever 21 Delivery options

At Forever 21’s online store, Canadian customers have two delivery options to choose from. The majority of orders are dispatched within 2 working days, however this can be delayed during busier shopping periods. You’ll also want to take note of whether the items you are ordering are listed as “In Stock”. If not, you may have to wait up to 7 working days before your order is ready for dispatch. Returns, exchanges and refunds for Forever 21

If you’re not completely happy with your order, Forever 21 accept change of mind returns within 30 days of your receipt of the items. You can choose whether you prefer to return your unwanted item/s in store or via post.

In-store returns:

If you wish to return your purchases to a store, you’ll need to present your invoice. Returns are accepted at and Forever 21, XXI Forever, or F21 RED location in Canada. When returning to store, you’ll have the option to exchange your item/s or receive store credit that can be spent on future purchase.

Mail returns:

When you initially receive your order, the package will include an order invoice, a return form, and a returns label with the appropriate returns address. Follow the steps below to return your order via post:

Complete your returns form and choose the correct reason code in relation to each returned item.
Repackage your unwanted items along with your completed returns form and affix the included returns label to the exterior of the parcel. Note: The label is not pre-paid. You will be required to cover the cost of returning your unwanted items.
Take your parcel to your local post office and pay the appropriate shipping fees. Be sure to ask for a proof of postage receipt too.

Refunds can take 2-3 weeks to appear back in your account. You’ll be notified when your refund has been issued via email.
