What to expect: Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals

If you want to update your sneakers with some popular brands, you can expect to see 20% off everything in stores and online, plus free shipping deals. If you can wait until Cyber Monday, the deals generally get even better with up to 25% off orders.

When does the Foot Locker Black Friday sale start?

In previous years, Foot Locker’s sale started the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. It ran through the following Saturday before picking back up again for Cyber Monday. We expect a similar schedule this year.

Foot Locker shipping details

Foot Locker ships to all regions of Canada. Your order will arrive in 3-7 days depending on your location. Base shipping is generally $12.99 per order with an additional shipping charge of $1.99 per item. There are generally some fabulous shipping deals on offer on Black Friday.

Can I shop in-store at Foot Locker on Black Friday?

Yes, you sure can. Keep in mind that Black Friday shopping will be different this year because of the pandemic, with social distancing and other precautions in place to slow the spread of COVID-19. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) released guidelines that deem shopping in crowded malls – where many Foot Lockers are found – a high-risk activity for the spread of COVID-19, so checking out online can be a great way to get deals without the risk.

If you decide to shop in-store, be sure to bring face masks or other PPE.

What time can I start shopping?

All Foot Locker discounts start online on Friday 26 November 2021 from midnight. Stay up late Thursday night, or get up early to be one of the first in on the best deals. If you are shopping in-store, you will need to wait until regular store opening hours.

Returns, exchanges and refunds for Foot Locker

Foot Locker offers returns and exchanges within 45 days of shipment or purchase. You can return items in-store or return them by mail. You will need to enclose your shipping invoice with your return. This will be found in your shipping confirmation email.

To return by mail include your name, address, phone number and the reason for your return or exchange. If you are exchanging goods, you will need to include the size, colour and style number of your exchange product.
