How do I make a booking with Enterprise Rent-A-Car?
Enterprise bookings can be made securely online via the Enterprise website. Start the booking process on the homepage by choosing your pick-up point and the dates you want to hire the car, then move on to choose your vehicle and any extras you’d like such as roadside assistance and damage waiver.
Then enter your contact and payment details and you’ll be charged when you pick up your vehicle. You can also book a rental over the phone.

What is the Enterprise Rent-A-Car cancellation policy?
For most pre-paid car rental bookings, you can receive a refund minus a cancellation fee. This fee varies depending on where you are in the world. For some bookings, you will not be entitled to a refund if you cancel less than 24 hours before you are due to pick up your vehicle.
