If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you’ll have 30 days from the date you placed your order to return any unwanted items for a full refund or an exchange. You can return your order in store or via post. Note: Clearance items, earrings, bodysuits, swimwear, underwear, fragrances and beauty products are non-returnable.
In store returns are free of charge, just ensure that you bring along your invoice as proof of purchase and the card used for payment so that you can be refunded.
Returning via post is easy. Simply repackage your unwanted items, stick the returns address label on the exterior of your parcel and pop to your local post office to send it off. You will be responsible for any returns postage fees incurred, and it’s advisable to get a proof of postage as Dynamite Clothing are not responsible for your items until they have arrived back at their returns hub.
All items must be returned in an unworn condition with tags intact.
