Returns, exchanges and refunds for boohoo

Boohoo offers a very fair returns policy on the products. If you don’t love any item that you order from the site, you can return the item(s) within 28 days of the date the goods were delivered and receive a full refund. Note: Pierced jewellery items are non refundable and swimwear/ lingerie items must be returned with the seal intact for hygiene reasons. To return your Boohoo order, just follow these easy steps:

1. Package your items back up in the original packaging with the labels and tags intact
2. Place a new shipping label over your address label
3. Write the following address to ship the item to:
