How much are flights to Argentina?
On average, you can expect to pay between $1,200-$1,400 from major cities across Canada for a flight to Buenos Aires.
If you’re lucky enough to score a sale fare, you may pay as little as half of that.
When is the cheapest time to fly to Argentina?
Travelling to Argentina during the cooler months, from May to September, will likely bring you the lowest fares. Since the southern hemisphere’s winter is Argentina’s off-season, there’s less demand for fares. Don’t let the idea of winter put you off though. The average temperature in Buenos Aires in July is still a balmy 15C. If you’re also planning on heading to Iguazu Falls, temperatures sit in the very comfortable mid-20s.
How far in advance should I book my flights to Argentina?
It comes as no surprise that booking last minute flights will not get you the best deal. The closer to your travel dates, the higher the price will likely be. We recommend keeping an eye on flight sales for the best prices, which may mean booking a few months in advance.
If you’re not too picky with your travel dates, you can save a few hundred dollars by pushing your travel dates back or forward slightly.
