How does Altitude Sports delivery work?
If you spend over $49, you’ll be eligible for free delivery. Spending less than this? Your shipping fee will be calculated and quoted at checkout. Delivery timescales are also quoted at checkout and depend on where your area of delivery. The majority of orders are fulfilled either by Fed-Ex or Canada Post.
What is the Altitude Sports returns policy?
If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, whatever the reason, you’ll have 90 days from the date of receipt to return any unwanted items for a full refund. Products must be returned in their original, unworn condition complete with tags intact. Exchanges are not available.
