On June 8, 2022, Oxeia Biopharmaceuticals announced it was cancelling its plans to go public. Originally, it had planned to conduct an IPO on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “OXEA.” Stocks were expected to open at a price of $6.00 – $8.00.
Dawson James Securities, Inc. was slated to act as the lead underwriter of the deal. You can read more about the IPO in this document submitted to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on May 3, 2022.
No reason was provided for the cancellation. A future IPO date has not been announced.
