KKW Beauty, Kylie Cosmetics pause shipping

But here’s where you can still shop eye palettes, lip and contour kits and more.
KKW Beauty and Kylie Cosmetics both announced on their websites that orders placed on or after March 16 will be delayed. While both online shops are accepting orders, on-time delivery is not guaranteed, according to nearly identical statements.
“Due to the current health orders in California, the fulfillment center we use is temporarily closing,” both websites note. “Your order will receive top priority as soon as we can resume shipping.”
Customers who placed orders on or after March 16 can cancel for a full refund. Both brands say customer service will reach out to affected customers with next steps. Customers with questions can send an email to customerservice@kyliecosmetics.com for Kylie Cosmetics, and Help@kkwbeauty.com for KKW Beauty.
California is one of many states to impose a lockdown on nonessential businesses. The order is in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and applies to most businesses, excluding grocery stores, pharmacies and gas stations.
While shipments directly from each brand will be delayed, you can still order select KKW Beauty and Kylie Cosmetics products online at Ulta.com. Ulta has distribution centers in five states, including California, Illinois and Texas, and has not made an announcement about order fulfillment. It’s still offering free shipping on orders of $35 or more.
Also, Kylie Skin orders will still be fulfilled, according to an email from the brand. Kylie Skin uses a different fulfillment center than Kylie Cosmetics.
As of March 25, all Kylie Cosmetics palettes were 30% off on Ulta’s website.
