What do people say about this service?
Most online reviews for Blue Apron are positive, praising the brand’s simple, affordable meal plans, quality ingredients and easy-to-use app. There are a handful of negative reviews, though, mainly regarding the company’s customer service and plastic waste.
I have personally ordered wine from Blue Apron’s market, and while there was a great selection and affordable shipping cost, the wine bottles are much smaller than average. I didn’t realize this until they arrived, making them a little more expensive than I initially thought when placing my order.
