How do I start my free trial?

It’s easy to get started with BigCommerce — no credit card required. Once your trial ends, you'll be prompted to upgrade to a monthly plan and enter your payment information.

  1. Click Get deal to navigate to BigCommerce's website.
  2. Click Start a 15-day free trial.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Enter your full name, phone number, store name and business size.
  5. Create a password.
  6. Click Create your store.
  7. Select the products you plan to sell.
  8. If you have an existing website, enter its URL.
  9. Click Finish.

BigCommerce pricing

BigCommerce has three service tiers to choose from: Standard, Plus and Pro. Monthly service fees range from $29.95 to $299.95. All accounts come with an online store, reporting tools and 24/7 live agent support. Custom plans are available for enterprise-level businesses that process over $1 million annually.
