Cancellation, refund and change policies

In most cases, Big Bus tickets are nonrefundable. However, Big Bus might issue a refund in the following scenarios:

  • The tour was unable to operate due to extreme weather or other internal reasons.
  • You weren’t able to get to the city destination due to canceled flights or other transportation difficulties.
  • You bought a ticket for the wrong city and can show proof of purchase of a ticket for the correct city.
  • Your credit card was charged twice for the same transaction.
