PacBed Lite This is the brand’s most budget-friendly option. It’s made of two layers of foam, CoolRest technology and a soft knit cover. This model has a slimmer profile than the PacBed Original.
PacBed Original The most popular BedInABox mattress, the Original model is made of two layers of foam, including a CoolRest-infused layer for added comfort, as well as a knit cover.
Azul This model has three layers of foam, CoolRest technology and a soft knit cover.

How many years does a BedInABox mattress last?

BedInABox offers a 20-year limited warranty, although you’ll only receive a full refund or replacement for faulty mattresses within the first 10 years. Our mattress research suggests that the average foam mattress typically lasts around six to seven years.

Can I rotate or flip a BedInABox mattress?

What’s BedInABox’s return policy?

You’ll have to try out your new mattress for at least 60 days before you can request a return merchandise authorization (RMA). At any point between days 60 and 120, you can request an RMA and return your mattress at no cost.

Note:

  • BedInABox does not accept returns or exchanges for incorrectly ordered mattress, so triple-check that the mattress size you’re ordering is what you need.
  • BedInABox reserves the right to refuse a mattress sale to customers who have previously returned a mattress.
Are BedInABox returns free?

Yes, in most cases. As long as you return your mattress within the given window, you won’t be charged a return fee.

Foundations cost $50 to return, plus a 20% restocking fee.
