AURY is the native utility token of the Aurory gaming platform. The Aurory gaming platform is being designed on the Solana blockchain and will integrate a play-to-earn mechanism.
Through the play-to-earn mechanism, it is the ambition of Aurory to bring more players into the gaming ecosystem. Alongside Solana, the game’s online marketplace will be powered by Serum, which is a decentralized exchange infrastructure.
The Aurory game will host both a single and multiplayer mode. The single game will be based within a futuristic universe composed of Antik and Cryptos, following the activities of the game’s main hero, Helios. Each quest completed with Helios earns users AURY tokens, which can then be put towards either multiplayer gaming or in-game accessories. According to Aurory’s Litepaper, the game wanted to help users understand the benefits of decentralized finance (DeFi). As a result, it plans to incorporate elements of farming and staking. Players of Aurory will be able to stake AURY tokens to generate further rewards and will also be able to stake the NFTs that users have the opportunity to win through gameplay. AURY tokens are also used within the player-vs-player mode where each user must stake a set amount of tokens to participate. The winner of the player-vs-player battle gets to keep all of the tokens staked.
