Does Aslan offer financing?

Yes. Aslan offers financing options through Bread (Lōn) Finance. Apply for financing by clicking Pay Over Time on any product page. Applying for financing for Aslan products will not affect your credit score.

Features of an Aslan mattress

What’s the mattress made of?

Aslan mattresses consist of three layers of memory foam:

  1. The top Cool Comfort + Pressure Relief layer is made with open-cell foam that’s infused with gel and Phase Change Material to help keep you cool and reduce pressure points while you sleep.
  2. The middle Responsive Transition + Additional Cooling layer offers added support, durability and responsiveness.
  3. The thicker base layer consists of Active Support Foam to help keep your spine in proper alignment through the night.

Do I need a box spring?

No. Aslan recommends not using a box spring with your mattress. Instead, use a solid, springless foundation such as a metal frame, slatted foundation or adjustable base.

Be sure to check the warranty requirements of your new mattress to make sure the foundation you’re using won’t void the warranty. For example, foundations with slats spaced more than five inches apart void Aslan’s infinite warranty.

How many years does an Aslan mattress last?

Aslan mattresses are protected by an infinite warranty, which offers full coverage for the first 10 years. After that, you’ll be charged a prorated repair or replacement fee. This is consistent with the average eight- to 10-year lifespan of a memory foam mattress.

Can I rotate or flip the Aslan mattress?

No — the company says that there’s no need to flip or rotate this mattress. It’s durable enough to withstand regular wear and tear without breaking down or wearing unevenly.

Aslan sizing guide

The Aslan mattress comes in six standard sizes, all 10 inches thick and ranging from 45 pounds for a twin to 75 pounds for a California king.

Prices and payment

An Aslan mattress at full price ranges from $749 for a twin to $1,149 for a California king. But we’ve found that these mattresses are almost always on sale for $499 for a twin and $899 for a California king.

Aslan’s website and checkout page are secured by CloudFlare Inc. Safely pay for your order using Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit cards, or choose the Google Pay option for an added layer of security.

Shipping and delivery

Can I get free delivery?

Yes! Shipping is always free to the continental US. White glove delivery and setup is available to customers in the greater Knoxville, Tennessee area.

Does Aslan offer a trial period?

Yes. Try out your new mattress for 365 days before deciding to keep it. Pillows come with a 30-day risk-free trial. Adjustable bases, foundations and frames do not come with a trial period and are not returnable.

What’s Aslan’s return policy?

Aslan asks that you try your mattress for at least 50 days before requesting a return. If you decide you don’t love your new bed at any point between day 50 and 365, contact customer service to begin the return process.

The return policy does come with a few stipulations:

  • Returns are not accepted for incorrectly ordered mattresses.
  • Aslan may refuse to sell you another mattress if you’ve returned one in the past.
  • Adjustable beds, foundations and frames are non-returnable.
Are Aslan returns free?

Yes — approved Aslan returns are 100% free.

How do I return items to Aslan?

What sets this brand apart?

Aslan has hit the ground running with some stellar reviews. So far, the company holds an A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau’s website and says they had zero returns in 2017.

According to its website, Aslan is very transparent about where its reviews come from and assures that none are ever purchased or faked. In fact, you can write and post your own review once you’ve had your mattress for 15 days.

Aslan is also a family-owned company that makes its mattresses right here in the US.

What do people say about this brand?

As a newcomer to online mattresses, Aslan has limited reviews at the moment. But those who have written reviews so far love the mattress and bedding for their quality, comfort and durability.

One Facebook reviewer says she had nothing but friendly, helpful experiences when asking lots of questions via online chat before deciding to purchase her first Aslan mattress. Now, she’s ready to buy a second one!

So far, we haven’t read any negative reviews.

Why should I shop at Aslan?

Pros

  • Made in the USA. All Aslan mattresses and pillows are made in the USA, using American-made materials.
  • Free shipping and returns. Shipping and returns are free for customers in the continental US.
  • 365-night trial. Sleep on your mattress for a full year before committing to it.

Cons

  • Only one firmness option. Customers looking for different firmness levels might be disappointed.

Is Aslan better than Casper?

Aslan and Casper both offer memory foam mattresses, although Casper now has five mattress models. Aslan’s mattress is most comparable in price and construction to the original Casper mattress — with Casper’s all-foam model priced $150 higher than Aslan’s. Each is made of three layers of open-cell memory foam and claims to offer a cool, comfortable sleep.

While you’ll get free shipping and returns and financing options from both companies, Aslan offers a longer trial period — 365 days compared to Casper’s 100 — and an infinite limited warranty.

If you’re looking for an affordable foam mattress from a smaller, family-owned company, Aslan could be a strong contender.

Should I get an Aslan mattress?

Aslan has quickly earned a reputation for offering excellent customer service and a high-quality, downright comfortable product. Just keep in mind that the company hasn’t been around as long as most other big players in this space, so online reviews are a bit limited.

We suggest comparing a few top mattress brands to help you find the best fit for your slumber.
