Why is my code not working?
If your coupon code isn’t working, it could be case-sensitive, expired or not available in your location. Coupons are not available during a sale event. Contact AncestryDNA directly for assistance.

How can I get free delivery?
You’ll get free shipping only if you have a promo code.
You’ll have two shipping options available at checkout. The shipping fee covers both the original shipping and the return shipping to send your sample in.
- Standard shipping costs $9.95 for the first kit and $4.95 for each additional kit.
- Expedited shipping costs $24.95 for the first kit and $12.95 for each additional kit.
How can I track my order?
You should receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information within three days of your order. You can also log into your AncestryDNA account online to check your order status.
Pay for your order on AncestryDNA’s secure website with any major credit card or PayPal.
What’s MyHeritage’s return policy?
MyHeritage issues refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact customer support to request a refund for your DNA kit.
What’s AncestryDNA’s return policy?
If you haven’t sent in your sample yet, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
If you’ve already sent in your sample but have not received the results yet, contact AncestryDNA as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
Are AncestryDNA returns free?
No, you’ll still be charged the cost of shipping, as well as a $25 fee. This fee is because the DNA kit cannot be reused or resold. Simply discard the kit after receiving your refund.
If you request a cancellation after sending in your sample, you’ll be charged the cost of shipping and 50% of the original purchase price.
How do I return items to AncestryDNA?
Call 800-262-3787 to request a refund for your DNA kit. Once you’ve received your results, you are ineligible for a refund of any kind.

There’s no need to send back your canceled DNA kit since it cannot be reused. Discard it after you’ve received your refund.
