ABBC is a blockchain payments ecosystem designed to facilitate secure monetary transactions. According to the whitepaper, the platform is focused on providing a payments infrastructure that allows for faster and more user-friendly cryptocurrency payments on a global scale. Built on top of the EOSIO blockchain, which utilises a Delegated-Proof-of-Stake (DPoS) architecture, the ABBC ecosystem aims to streamline ecommerce and allow consumers to easily complete payments in a variety of digital currencies. So far, the platform is compatible with Bitcoin, Ethereum and a host of ERC-20 tokens. ABBC’s product line currently includes a multi-crypto compatible wallet, an online shopping application and a cryptocurrency exchange. ABBC is also the name given to the native cryptocurrency of the platform. It was designed to provide token holders with the ability to vote on governance proposals. This can include a diverse range of issues such as feature implementations and expansions. Secondly, ABBC is also used to reward online consumers. The token is also used to encourage staking in the platform’s exchange.
